Job summary

411 is a political digital agency working with progressive organisations across the UK and globally. The Commercial Lead will grow the firm's client relationships, turning political objectives into clear proposals and delivery plans.

You will manage campaigns from first conversation through to delivery and renewal, collaborating with specialists across 411 to ensure campaigns are politically astute, creative, and commercially viable while mentoring the campaigns team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in digital campaigning or strategic communications.
• Experience leading campaigns from strategy to delivery.
• Experience managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.
• Experience developing proposals, pitches, or securing funding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a plan for growing work with progressive clients.
• Lead new business conversations and develop proposals.
• Develop digital campaign strategies grounded in political objectives.
• Independently manage relationships with key clients and provide strategic advice.
• Oversee planning, execution and monitoring of client campaigns to high standards.
• Lead and mentor campaigns team and manage junior staff.
