Job summary

Procter Street is leading the client-side team on a £200m infrastructure programme for SEGRO, delivering earthworks, utilities, highways and enabling works for a major logistics development in Radlett.

We are looking for a commercially focused Director with senior delivery experience to set the programme commercial strategy, manage NEC-based contracts and lead cross‑functional teams with authority at board level.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience on large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Proven track record delivering NEC-based contracts and change control.
• Ability to operate at board level and influence key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall commercial leadership and develop the programme strategy.
• Govern cost management, forecasting and senior-level reporting.
• Manage NEC contract strategy and performance, including compensation events and claims.
• Lead change control, risk identification and mitigation.
• Negotiate with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to secure outcomes.
• Support procurement and future package strategies.
• Oversee delivery interfaces, ensuring safe, efficient works to programme.
