Job summary

Procter Street, partnering with SEGRO, is seeking a Project Director to lead a £200m infrastructure programme on a client-side basis in the Radlett area. You will provide strategic direction and senior oversight across earthworks, highways and utilities, coordinating with the main contractor to ensure delivery to programme and budget.

Qualifications

• Senior civil engineering professional with credibility to lead major infrastructure packages from a client-side position.
• Experience at Project Director, Project Manager or equivalent senior level.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale earthworks, highways, utilities or enabling works.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior client-side leadership across infrastructure and enabling works packages.
• Lead strategic direction, technical leadership and commercial oversight across the £200m programme.
• Coordinate with SEGRO and the main contractor to ensure delivery on time, to budget and to quality.
• Manage interfaces, risk, change and contractor performance across NEC packages.
