Job summary

Recycling Lives Services, based at Preston Head Office, is seeking a Compliance Co-ordinator to manage WEEE and Battery inquiries, qualify and route opportunities, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive business growth. The role focuses on high-quality customer service and efficient processing of inquiries.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues via phone and email.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple inquiries and priorities.

• Proficient IT skills with CRM systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for WEEE and Battery inquiries via telephone and email.
• Qualify, record and manage customer inquiries through Salesforce CRM.
• Allocate opportunities and leads to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with operational sites to understand capacity and service capabilities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the wider business to maximize customer value.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.
• Produce and maintain basic reports on inquiry volumes, conversions and performance metrics.
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
