Job summary

Valpak Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor to liaise with suppliers and assist with data submissions under packaging, WEEE, Batteries, and Plastic Tax regulations. You will collaborate with Data Administrators, Account Managers and Data Team Managers to communicate data requirements and support obligations calculations across accounts.

You will engage suppliers via email, phone and live chat, present webinars, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Task driven and detail oriented.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident individual who can work well on their own or as part of a team.
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience of working in an office environment using email and telephone is desirable.
• Experience of analysing and manipulating large volumes of data is desirable.
• An interest in environmental issues is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide written communication with clients and suppliers through emails.
• Provide telephone and live chat support to clients and suppliers when collecting packaging weights information.
• Conduct webinars regarding the process of data submission on our platforms.
