Job summary

Recycling Lives Services in Preston is seeking a Group Logistics Coordinator to coordinate UK-wide waste collections. You will manage third-party haulage, schedule pickups to meet SLAs, and build strong supplier relationships while ensuring safety, compliance and cost efficiency.

Working with the Group Service Manager and Transport Manager, you will monitor costs, drive improvements, and report on logistics performance using Salesforce and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport coordination or supply chain.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate third-party haulage and UK-wide waste collections.
• Schedule collections to meet customer service commitments and SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with transport suppliers and monitor performance.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to minimise disruption.
• Monitor transport costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all transport and compliance documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Use Salesforce and internal systems to manage logistics activities and reporting.
• Collaborate with Customer Services, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
