Rugby - Office based

Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs

Temporary ongoing - could go permanent for the right candidate

Our client, a membership association, is seeking a proactive and organised Commercial Coordinator to support the successful delivery of commercial products and services—including training, events, publications, and advertising. This is a key role within the Commercial team, helping to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training courses (face-to-face, online, and on-demand), including logistics, trainer support, and content updates
• Support the delivery of events, managing suppliers, sponsors, venues, and onsite logistics
• Handle member, customer, and supplier enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Manage sales, subscriptions, advertising, and CRM records
• Contribute to the development of new commercial offerings and continuous improvement initiatives
• This work will primarily be phone-based

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial role is essential
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
• Experience in training or event coordination is an advantage
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems
