With an understanding of Contract Law, Compliance or Guidance, you will support the senior team with complex and lucrative contracts, advising on best practice and identifying opportunities to maximise value.

Within this advisory role, you will be tasked to build relations with the senior managers, supporting their contractual understanding, but in a collaborative manner. Recognising skills gaps and advising on external training solutions to tackle these needs.

DUTIES
Support senior management with contracts, looking at ways to maximise value and efficiencies.
Reviewing complex and lucrative contracts, providing technical guidance on best practice.
Identify commercial skills gaps in contractual understanding with the senior management team, introducing external training to support this.

Commercial or Contracts Manager, who has experience negotiating contracts, dealing with dispute resolution and financial risk
Review and analyse a contract, providing guidance on how to increase efficiencies and maximise value.
