Our client is a market leading company that specialises in the servicing, maintenance and repair of catering equipment. The company focuses and prides themselves on creating innovative solutions for their customers which makes them the best at what they do!

Covering the South West London region, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in a technical capacity to deliver expected levels of service to the Region's customers and provide a technical, maintenance and repair services for a broad range of commercial catering machinery.

The ideal candidate will have an engineer background within commercial catering and have the ability to read wiring diagrams and carry out fault finding and diagnostics.

What's involved for the Commercial Catering Engineer…

1. To carry out repairs and servicing across multiple brands
2. Planned contract maintenance and repairs
3. Install and commission new equipment
4. Warranty checks and repairs
5. To correctly diagnose faults and ensure the most effective solution.
6. Manage van stock effectively and to order and account for spare parts as necessary.
7. Complete all associated paperwork
8. Attend meetings and training courses that may be required when necessary.
9. Maintain good customer relations and maximising sales opportunities whenever appropriate.

What you'll need…

1. MUST have catering engineer experience
2. Good electrical experience
3. Fault finding on electrical equipment is essential
4. Ability to read a wiring diagram
5. Gas experience advantageous but not essential
