Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex, high-value procurement in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of PCR15 and Procurement Act 2023.
• Experience with G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and CCS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of category strategies across hardware, software, cloud and technology services.
• Deliver end-to-end procurements under PCR15 and the Procurement Act 2023.
• Provide commercial advice to senior stakeholders and manage risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Security, Architecture and Digital teams.
