Job summary

1st Executive Ltd is seeking an IT Category Manager - Technology on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Belfast. Hybrid working is available, with 3 days per week in the office. Salary range £50,000–£60,000 per annum.

You will lead IT procurement activities focusing on Software and Cloud spends, negotiate supplier contracts, and work with stakeholders to deliver commercially effective solutions supported by data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience IT (Software or Cloud) procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing IT supplier contracts and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT procurement activities across Software and Cloud spend categories.
• Negotiate and manage IT supplier contracts to maximise value and performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver commercially effective solutions.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities, measure savings and support strategic decisions.
