The Commercial & Bid Manager is responsible for all contract and commercial agreements, ensuring the highest professional standards of commercial practice are maintained.

This role involves interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and customers during bid generation and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation and execution of bids and contracts, minimizing and mitigating commercial risks.
  • Negotiate Terms and Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other contractual arrangements.
  • Ensure bids are supported by valid supplier quotations and adhere to governance standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and customers throughout the bid and contract process.
  • Maintain legal terms and standards related to contracts.
  • Support customers in understanding proposals, payment plans, and milestones, liaising with bid project managers and managing risk registers.
  • Stay updated on industry laws and practices through training and conferences.
  • Develop and contribute to 5-10 year business forecasts and growth strategies.
