The Commercial & Bid Manager is responsible for all contract and commercial agreements, ensuring the highest professional standards of commercial practice.

This role involves interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and customers during bid generation and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and managing bids and commercial contracts in a robust and timely manner, minimizing and mitigating commercial risks.
  • Negotiating Terms and Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other contracts with customers for products and services.
  • Ensuring bids are supported by valid supplier quotations and adhere to governance practices.
  • Managing interfaces with stakeholders and customers throughout the business process from bid generation to contract acceptance.
  • Updating and maintaining legal terms, conditions, and standards related to contracts.
  • Supporting customers in understanding proposals, payment plans, milestones, and liaising with bid project managers.
  • Staying updated on industry and legislative practices through training and conferences.
  • Generating and maintaining 5-10 year business forecasts and contributing to growth strategies.
