The Commercial & Bid Manager is responsible for all contract and commercial agreements, ensuring high standards of commercial practice are maintained.

This role involves interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and customers during bid generation and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage creation and execution of bids and contracts, minimizing commercial risks.
  • Negotiate Terms and Conditions, NDAs, and other contracts with customers.
  • Ensure bids are supported by valid supplier quotations and adhere to governance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the bidding process from strategic review to contract signing.
  • Maintain legal terms and contractual standards.
  • Support customer understanding of proposals, payment plans, and milestones.
  • Attend training and industry events to stay updated on legal and commercial practices.
  • Contribute to 5-10 year business forecasts and growth strategies.
