The Commercial & Bid Manager is responsible for all contract and commercial agreements, ensuring the highest professional standards of commercial practice are maintained.

The Commercial & Bid Manager interfaces with internal and external stakeholders and customers during the generation of bids and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and management of bids and commercial contracts, ensuring transparency and mitigation of commercial risks.
  • Negotiate Terms and Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other contracts with customers.
  • Ensure bids are supported by valid supplier quotations and comply with governance practices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers throughout the bid process from strategy to contract acceptance.
  • Maintain legal terms and standards related to contracts.
  • Support customers in understanding proposals, payment plans, and milestones, liaising with bid project managers and managing risk registers.
  • Attend training and conferences to stay updated on commercial and legal practices.
  • Contribute to 5-10 year business forecasts and growth strategies.
