The Commercial & Bid Manager is responsible for all contract and commercial agreements, ensuring the highest professional standards are maintained.

The Commercial & Bid Manager interfaces with internal and external stakeholders and customers during bid generation and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage creation and execution of bids and contracts, minimizing commercial risks.
  • Negotiate Terms and Conditions, NDAs, and other contracts with customers.
  • Ensure bids are supported by valid supplier quotations and adhere to governance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the bid and contract process.
  • Maintain legal terms and contract standards.
  • Support customer understanding of proposals, payment plans, and milestones.
  • Stay updated on commercial and legal practices through training and conferences.
  • Develop long-term business forecasts and contribute to growth strategies.
