The ideal candidate is a solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in commercial, technology or digital law, capable of handling complex transactions and active in client development. Hybrid and flexible working options are available.

• Experience in City/national or strong regional firm or in-house.
• Strong grounding in commercial contracts and/or data protection matters.

• Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in technology, digital transformation or international work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex commercial contracts supporting day-to-day operations and major strategic projects.
• Work on technology transactions, digital transformation programmes and IT outsourcing.
• Draft and negotiate software licensing, IT services and procurement agreements.
• Support clients on data protection, privacy, cyber security and emerging technologies including AI.
• Assist on large-scale projects across energy, transport, manufacturing and life sciences.
• Work with clients on supply chain management, product development and routes to market.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border matters and transactions.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management initiatives.
