Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in commercial, technology or digital law.
• Experience in City, national or strong regional firm or in‑house environment.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with high‑value transactions and cross‑border matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex commercial contracts supporting day‑to‑day operations and major strategic projects.
• Work on technology transactions, digital transformation programmes and IT outsourcing.
• Draft and negotiate software licensing, IT services and procurement agreements.
• Support clients on data protection, privacy, cyber security and emerging technologies including AI.
• Assist on large‑scale projects across energy, transport, manufacturing and life sciences.
• Work with clients on supply chain management, product development and routes to market.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross‑border matters and transactions.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management initiatives.
