Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in commercial, technology or digital law.
• Experience in City/national or strong regional firm or in-house environment.
• Strong grounding in commercial contracts and/or digital, tech or data protection matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with pragmatic advising.
• Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation or international work.

Responsibilities
