The ideal candidate

• Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years’ relevant experience, particularly in commercial law, but they will also consider corporate lawyers.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, negotiations, and advise on commercial matters including IP and data protection independently.
• Willingness to get involved in, or manage, wider areas such as regulatory matters
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to legal challenges.
• A proactive team player committed to delivering high-quality legal advice.
