Qualifications

• 3–5 years PQE in commercial, technology or digital law.
• Experience in a City, national or strong regional firm or in-house.
• Strong grounding in commercial contracts and data protection matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex commercial contracts.
• Work on technology transactions and IT outsourcing.
• Draft and negotiate software licensing and procurement agreements.
• Support clients on data protection and cyber security.
