Winning profitably is complex, and our commercial team plays a pivotal role. Negotiating and securing contracts involves detailed discussions that translate into legally binding agreements worldwide. As our Commercial and Legal Executive, you will support and eventually manage client contracts with vehicle manufacturers, sponsors, race drivers, and other arrangements like NDAs, ensuring they are accurate, legally sound, and aligned with our business goals.
You should be a strong problem solver and communicator, with meticulous attention to detail, diligence, and analytical skills. Your legal and business background, combined with an interest in motorsport contracts, will enable you to review, manage, and draft various agreements effectively.
The candidate should hold a law degree or equivalent, with a passion for motorsport and an interest in business. Experience in a commercial team, especially within sports, is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are essential.
