Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment seeks a Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer in Enfield to deliver PPM, servicing and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.

The role requires a strong background in commercial AC maintenance, F-Gas certification and a full UK driving licence. The position offers a permanent contract, company van with private use and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Experience with PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding.

Responsibilities

Carry out PPM on commercial air conditioning systems.
Attend reactive breakdowns and diagnose faults.
Service, repair and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems.
Complete minor installations, replacements and remedial works.
Electrical and mechanical fault finding.
Complete accurate digital service and maintenance reports.
Identify additional remedial works and communicate recommendations.
Work safely in line with F-Gas and Health & Safety requirements.
Manage your own workload across multiple commercial sites.
Provide a professional and customer-focused service.

COMMERCIAL AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER

Salary: £50,000
Location: Enfield
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established building services and facilities maintenance business.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, servicing, repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial customer sites throughout Enfield and the surrounding area.

The Role

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial air conditioning systems
Attend reactive breakdowns and diagnose faults
Service, repair and maintain air conditioning and HVAC systems
Complete minor installations, replacements and remedial works where required
Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding
Complete accurate digital service and maintenance reports
Identify additional remedial works and communicate recommendations to customers
