We are looking for an efficient Commercial Administrator with experience in fast-paced environments to join an expanding business near Camberley. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments and provides essential support to sales and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Administering all Commercial Contracts, including Frame Agreements, Discount Partnership Agreements, Letters of Authority, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  2. Maintaining the Contracts Register and Subscriptions & Memberships Database for the Commercial Department.
  3. Forwarding external customer emails from the Sales inbox to appropriate Regional Sales Offices.
  4. Assisting with product pricing, adjustments, and annual increases.
  5. Supporting the weekly Management Meeting with administrative tasks.
  6. Supporting Commercial communications such as Bulletins, Obsolescence Notices, and Internal Messages.
  7. Maintaining data integrity in Salesforce CRM, including weekly exchange rate updates.
  8. Updating and maintaining the Internal Sales Intranet page.
  9. Completing Supplier/Vendor information requests and updating the Company Information Pack.
  10. Coordinating and distributing the weekly team rota.
  11. Reviewing, updating, and improving all Commercial processes.
  12. Raising Purchase Orders as needed.
  13. Managing ad-hoc projects.
