TeacherActive is working with Primary Schools across Ceredigion and is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils from Nursery to KS2. This long-term role has an immediate start, assisting with daily activities, delivering small group interventions, and providing extra guidance to learners needing support.

The successful candidate will have primary school experience, a good grasp of the Curriculum for Wales, and strong communication and classroom management skills.

TeacherActive are looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis, with an immediate start. The successful Teaching Assistant will be working with pupils across Nursery, Reception, Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, supporting the class teacher with daily activities, delivering small group interventions and providing additional support to pupils who may require extra guidance with their learning and development.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting
• A good understanding of the Curriculum for Wales
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A positive, patient and adaptable approach to supporting children's learning
