SGS is hiring an ALS Transitions Coordinator at the WISE campus to support learners with barriers to education. The role is fast-paced and creative, ideal for someone passionate about helping young people access college.

Key tasks include coordinating transitions for complex learners, attending EHCP annual reviews, and working with college teams to ensure timely information flow. SGS offers generous leave, pension, and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Experience supporting learners with barriers to education.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong organisational and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the transition into college for complex learners, with or without EHCPs.
• Attend EHCP annual reviews and liaise with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal college teams to pass information timely.
• Develop and refine SGS's transition process to start learners well.
