Job summary

Stratford upon Avon School is seeking an exceptional College Leader to join our pastoral team. This non-teaching role focuses on high-quality pastoral care and support to students, guiding a team of Form Tutors to promote attendance, welfare and personal development.

You will collaborate with students, families and external agencies, using data to inform interventions, and provide leadership to develop staff wellbeing and outcomes across the college.

Due to a current College Leader gaining internal promotion, We areseeking an exceptional College Leader to join our pastoral team. This is a rewarding non-teaching role, responsible for providing high-quality pastoralcare and support to students, while leading a team of Form Tutors. The successful candidate will work closely with students, families, staff andexternal agencies to promote excellent attendance, behaviour, welfare andpersonal development. As a College Leader you will be an influential middleleader in the school with a real opportunity to make an impact.
