TeacherActive Ltd, Swansea, is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join the college's team on a temporary, on-site basis. You will undertake general maintenance, security duties and caretaking across the college estate, ensuring safe and well‑maintained premises for students and staff.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, full driving licence and the ability to travel between sites; DBS checks may be needed. Competitive pay and 24/7 consultant support offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Caretaker is preferred.
• Knowledge of COSHH, health & safety and manual handling is required or willingness to train.

Responsabilités

• General maintenance and caretaking across the College estate.
• Carry out temporary repairs and act as key holder.
• Porterage, room set‑ups and monitoring facilities.
