As a Collective Training Needs Analyst within the OMNIA® Training consortium, you'll help define the training requirements that underpin collective training across the Army. Working at the centre of a major transformation programme, you'll analyse operational requirements, emerging threats, new equipment and evolving doctrine to design training pathways that ensure soldiers and commanders are prepared for the challenges they may face. This is a unique opportunity to combine your military knowledge, analytical thinking and training expertise to influence training at every level, from platoon to corps. Permanent role - 37.5 hours a week

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at BPSS level.

Working with the Land Warfare Centre (LWC), OMNIA will schedule, plan, design, deliver and assure collective training across the Army's Collective Training System (ACTS), while also delivering the Collective Training Transformation Programme (CTTP).
