Job summary

Capita is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst for the Army Collective Training stream. You’ll turn data into decisions, analysing training and operational data, and creating dashboards that support evidence-based leadership.

This permanent role is hybrid with 2–3 days in Warminster, and requires UK BPSS-level security clearance. You’ll collaborate across teams to improve efficiency, reporting and decision-making across the Army.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data analysis, BI or advanced analytics.
  • Proficient with Power BI and Excel to create insight products.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, databases and data quality.
  • Track record turning data into actionable recommendations.

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn data into decisions, working closely with stakeholders to solve meaningful business and operational challenges. Technical skills matter, but we're equally interested in how you think, collaborate and communicate insights.
