DCBL (Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd) is seeking an experienced Collections Team Leader to oversee a team of up to 15 agents. You will coach, motivate, and monitor performance to achieve targets while ensuring compliance and data security.

The role is based on-site in the United Kingdom, offering a base salary of £30,000–£33,000 with a potential up to £7,200 in bonus. Hours are 36.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of up to 15 collections agents to meet targets.
• Plan workloads, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.
• Drive a high performing team and collaborate with other leaders.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of team performance and activities.
• Communicate business updates and changes to the team.
