Job summary

Lowell Financial Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Collections Strategy Specialist to design and deploy data-driven collections strategies aligned with scorecard models. You will influence outcomes across customer and account groups, analyse performance, and run trials to optimise results.

Hybrid working with a strong focus on continuous improvement and compliance. You’ll collaborate with the Omni Channel team to implement automated solutions and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying collections and customer strategies with data-driven insights and trials.
• Strong analytical capabilities using SAS or SQL and other analytics packages.
• Ability to translate complex processes and insights into simple views and language.
• Strong customer and commercial awareness.
• Experience influencing change through senior stakeholder management.
• Lean and Agile principles are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy data-driven collections strategies linked to our scorecard models across customer and account groups.
• Conduct champion–challenger tests to uncover what really works using SAS/SQL.
• Analyse contact-channel performance and identify opportunities to reduce waste and digitise the journey.
• Collaborate with the Omni Channel Manager to bring new strategies to life and support automated solutions.
• Maintain a strong control environment ensuring compliance and great customer outcomes.
