KHR is partnering with a client in Sevenoaks to recruit for a Collections/Claims Handling role. The position offers a £24.5k-£27k per annum salary with great benefits and a hybrid work setup (2 days WFH). You may need to drive and have your own transport for Sevenoaks site access.

Responsibilities include handling customer queries, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and target achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections or claims handling is desirable.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and email queries from customers in financial difficulties.
