Job summary

KHR is partnering with a client in Sevenoaks to recruit for a Collections/Claims Handling role. The position offers a £24.5k-£27k per annum salary with great benefits and a hybrid work setup (2 days WFH). You may need to drive and have your own transport for Sevenoaks site access.

Responsibilities include handling customer queries, setting up payment plans, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and target achievement.

KHR is working with a fantastic client in the Sevenoaks area who are looking to expand their Collections team. If you have previous experience in Collections or Claims Handling, and looking to work for a great company, then this is the role for you!

Duties include:

• Dealing with telephone and email queries from customers in financial difficulties
• Setting up payment plans and collecting card payments
• Liaising with other operational departments involved in the customer journey and ensuring customers are satisfied at every stage
• Ensure all performance-related targets are achieved and maintained

Ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in collections or claims handling is desirable
• Great customer service skills
• Resilient and compassionate
• Background in financial services/insurance/call centre is useful
• IT proficient
