Job summary

Huntress - Maidstone is recruiting for an Insurance Claims Coordinator in Chatham on a long-term temporary basis. The role includes coordinating policies and renewals, liaising with insurers and internal teams, and maintaining records.

After training, there is an option to work from home 2 days per week. The ideal candidate has prior insurance claims experience, strong organisational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience within insurance claims handling is essential.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and financial reviews.
• Confident, professional communicator, comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with systems, documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities
