Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Abingdon that are looking for a full-time Collections Assistant to join the team ASAP for a 3-6 month assignment, offering hybrid working!

  • Review and resolve billing issues.
  • Using online portals to monitor payment status of uploaded invoices & deal with any rejected invoices.
  • Use of Salesforce to communicate with all levels of the business.
  • Manage customer calls.
  • Work with other departments to solve customer queries.
  • Chase outstanding debt once all of the above criteria are met (Credit control).

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent education passes in English and Maths
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role within a similar industry
  • Possess excellent IT skills, including experience of working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, portals, Sage Line 500 and Microsoft D365 would be beneficial.
