The role

We are seeking a strong Administrator to provide excellent administrative support to our Income and Collection team. You will handle internal and external queries and support the wider team. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Your responsibilities include using online portals to review and verify records, managing compliance issues, supporting and managing team agendas and diaries, and booking and minuting meetings.

This role is part of Customer & Communities, where you'll help us uphold our promise to serve over 100,000 customers.

What you'll achieve

  • Use online portals to review and verify records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support and manage team agendas and diaries, and coordinate meetings.
  • Review and process credit returns.
  • Maintain accurate calendars and system updates regarding court hearings and eviction dates.

What you'll bring

Essential skills

  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to interpret basic data reports.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
