A leading company in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Call Centre Agent for Debt Management to help resolve customer debt issues. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, empathy, and resilience while providing a fantastic customer experience. Call Centre Agent - Debt Management - Collections - Debt Collection but with a desire to help people and resolve debt problems.
Office based Stoke-on-Trent, free on-site parking, great transport links.
Starting salary £25,225, plus monthly bonus.
38.5 hours per week - Week 1: Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 16:30 (+ 1 hour extra Monday or Friday) - Week 2: Monday to Friday: 11:30 - 20:00 (+ 1 hour extra Monday or Friday).

This is a personality driven role. Required - Tenacity, resiliency, empathy, excellent listening and people skills.
No experience required. Training and 2 week initial induction BUT we need the right personality.
