Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking an energetic Collection & Delivery Driver in Lincoln. The role involves safe loading/unloading and delivering parcels while maintaining high customer care standards. Ideal candidates will have a valid UK driving licence, enthusiasm for service, and excellent teamwork skills. Permanent position with 45 hours/week and a salary of £31,145.

Qualifications

Collection & Delivery Driver – DHL eCommerce UK

We are looking for an energetic Collection & Delivery Driver to join our team in Lincoln. The role is permanent with 45 hours per week and a competitive salary of £31,145.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of DHL eCommerce and represent the brand with a clean vehicle and courteous driving.
• Safely load and unload parcels onto the van.
• Deliver products, goods and parcels to designated locations within set timeframes.
• Handle and deliver sensitive materials with authorisation and maintain high standards of customer care.
• Use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld scanner, to deliver up to 100 shipments per day.

Ideal Candidate

• Full UK driving licence, no more than 6 points and not disqualified in the last five years.
• Multi‑drop experience (preferred).
• Enthusiasm and passion to always deliver the best service.
• Excellent customer service skills, able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Collaborative team player.
