Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is hiring a Collection & Delivery Driver in Exeter on a permanent basis, working 45 hours per week with a schedule that includes weekdays. The role involves multi-drop deliveries and ensuring parcels reach customers on time and in good condition.

You will coordinate with the Operations Team, use handheld scanners, and uphold a high standard of customer service while maintaining a clean vehicle and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and no disqualification in the last five years.
• Multi-drop experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service and time-critical parcels to customers.
• Work with the Operations Team to manage a busy multi-drop schedule.
• Ensure parcels are delivered on time, in good condition, and with a smile.
• Use delivery equipment such as handheld scanners to process up to 100 shipments per day.

You will work closely with our Operational Team, who will support you to execute a busy multi-drop schedule. Our customers rely on us to deliver our promises, and we rely on our drivers to ensure each delivery reaches our customers on time, in perfect condition and with a smile.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador ofEvriPremium; positivelyrepresentingthe brand,maintaininga clean vehicle and being a courteousdriver

• Safe loading and unloading of parcels on to a van

• Delivery of products,goodsand parcels safely and efficiently todesignatedlocations within settimeframes

• Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorisation,if necessary and deliverhigh standardsof customercare

• Properly useandmaintaindelivery equipment, including handheld scanner, to deliver up to 100 shipments perday
