The Best Connection Group Limited is looking for an experienced Van Driver to join DHL Express at East Midlands Airport. The role runs 04:00-06:00, Monday to Friday, with up to 70 drops per shift.

You will drive vans to/from the airport, perform vehicle checks, and ensure timely deliveries with excellent customer service. Applicants must pass a van driving assessment, complete a criminal record check, provide a 5-year work and address history, and hold valid photo ID.

Competenze

• Must pass van driving assessment (no minimum years of experience)
• Criminal record check (paid for by us)
• 5-year work history that can be checked (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)
• 5-year address history
• Valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card)

The Best Connection Group are seeking an experienced Van Driver to join our well-established client, DHL Express, at their site based at East Midlands Airport

Responsibilities:

• Driving vans to and from East Midlands Airport
• Performing pre/post vehicle checks and reporting any problems
• Maintaining accurate records and proof of delivery or collection
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points
• Following all airport security procedures

Requirements:

• As we work at an airport regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority, all applicants must:
• Pass a van driving assessment (no minimum years of experience needed)
• Complete a criminal record check (paid for by us)
• Have a 5-year work history that can be checked (gaps over 28 days need a gap reference)
• Provide a 5-year address history
• Have valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card)

Licence/Certification:

• Full UK Driving Licence, Category B Licence
• A current Aviation Security certificate (formerly Level D), or willingness to complete the course during vetting (paid for by us)
