Job summary

Pertemps Lincoln is recruiting for Multi-Drop Van Drivers to work on behalf of DHL in Lincoln during their peak period. This full-time role involves delivering parcels across the local area with Monday-to-Friday work and optional Saturdays, starting ASAP.

You will load and organise your van, record deliveries on handheld devices, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety and compliance with company procedures.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for Multi-Drop Van Drivers to work on behalf of DHL in Lincoln during their busy peak period.

We are looking for reliable and customer-focused drivers to carry out multi-drop parcel deliveries across the local area. This is a full-time opportunity with regular Monday-to-Friday work, additional Saturday shifts and ASAP starts available for successful candidates.

What will I be paid?

• · Monday to Friday: £14.73 per hour
• · Saturday: £15.95 per hour

What hours will I be working?

• · Monday to Friday
• · 08:00 - 17:30
• · Some Saturday working will also be required during busy periods
• · Full-time work throughout the peak period

What will I be doing?

• · Completing multi-drop deliveries across the local area
• · Loading and organising your vehicle ready for your delivery route
• · Delivering parcels safely and efficiently to residential and business addresses
• · Using handheld devices to record deliveries

What do I need?

• · A valid UK Category B driving licence
• · No more than 6 points on your driving licence
• · Previous van driving or multi-drop experience would be advantageous
• · Confident driving a van and completing multiple deliveries each day
• · Good geographical awareness and ability to follow route/navigation systems
• · Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently
• · Good customer service and communication skills
• · Comfortable with the physical nature of parcel delivery work
• · Willing to complete a DBS check
• · Able to provide a 5-year checkable employment/reference history
