Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated delivery driver to join our team on a permanent basis. This 32-hour-per-week role includes overtime options, with typical hours Wednesday–Saturday 07:15–15:15, delivering parcels to homes and businesses.

You’ll start at £25,201 per year, with potential to rise to £27,561 after six months and up to £30,000 per year with overtime; you’ll also benefit from an excellent pension, generous holiday, medical cover, uniform and training, and access

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
