Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is recruiting a part-time delivery driver for 32 hours per week, across 4 in 6 days including bank holidays. You will mostly work in the coldstore at -20ºC, delivering frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals and engaging with customers at their doors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsabilités

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Use our app to update customers deliveries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law.
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed.
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays.
• Ensure customer confidentiality.
• Help the office team and picking team when required.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Assist the team if another member is absent or on holiday.
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers.
