Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to deliver frozen meals across the local area. You will work 24 hours per week across 3 in 6 days, handling orders in a -20ºC coldstore with provided protective clothing.

You will engage with customers, keep delivery updates in the app, and support office and picking teams when needed. The role requires a full UK driving licence, good customer service, and reliability, with bonus potential and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.
• Experience of multi-drop delivery role (Desirable).
• Experience within a care-based role (Desirable).
• Warehouse experience (Desirable).
• Health & Safety awareness (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to our customers in a timely manner
• Picking orders within the coldstore
• Using our app to update customers deliveries
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van
• Drive safely, responsibly and within the law
• Clean and refuel your van as and when needed
• Contact the office with any discrepancies or delays
• Ensure customer confidentiality
• Helping the office team and picking team when required
• Reporting health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
• Assist the team if another member of the team is absent or on holiday
• Carry out local marketing activities such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits to attract new customers
