Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, seeks delivery drivers for 24 hours per week across 3 in 6 days, with potential to increase to full time during holidays. You will deliver frozen meals, provide excellent customer service, and work in a -20°C coldstore environment with protective clothing provided.

Applicants must have a UK manual driving licence for 2+ years, strong customer service skills, and be able to work shifts including bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Good attendance and timekeeping is required.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Assist with order picking in the coldstore.
• Use app to update customer deliveries and statuses.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Carry out pre-shift checks and inspect van.
• Drive safely and within legal requirements.
• Refuel and clean van as needed.
• Report discrepancies or delays to office.
