Job summary

apetito is hiring a part-time driver in Coleraine to deliver Wiltshire Farm Foods frozen meals to customers. You’ll work 20 hours per week across any 2 days in 6, including bank holidays, with training and support in a coldstore at -20ºC.

You’ll use an app for deliveries and provide friendly, reliable service to the elderly and other customers. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.45) plus bonus and company benefits, with a UK manual driving licence required and DBS checks as part of

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-based roles.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of work stability.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Picking orders within the coldstore.
• Update customers deliveries using our app.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of the van.
• Drive safely, responsibly and legally.
• Clean and refuel the van as needed.
• Contact the office with discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Support office and picking teams when required.
• Report health, stock quality and mechanical issues.
• Assist team during colleagues' absence or holidays.
• Carrying out local marketing activities to attract new customers.
