Job summary

The Access Group is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to lead the configuration and implementation of Coins ERP for construction and home-building clients. You will guide requirements gathering, design system solutions, and drive go-live activities across a UK-based hybrid setup.

Day-to-day you will run customer workshops, deliver end-user training, and collaborate with finance teams to translate cost accounting concepts into practical software configurations.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in quantity surveying, accounting or finance within the construction or home-building sector.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Coins, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle, including configuration, testing and deployment.
• Confidence communicating clearly and leading multiple projects while building trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of Coins Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software from requirements gathering through delivery and go-live.
• Run customer workshops and software walkthroughs to map business processes and design effective system solutions.
• Deliver training to end users through workshops and webinars, explaining both the software and the underlying financial and cost accounting processes.
