Job summary

Langham Recruitment seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead COINS ERP and construction systems projects across the UK. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Construction and IT, and manage budgets, risks and stakeholders.

This hybrid Solihull role offers £70,000 base, £5,000 car allowance and a bonus with 2–3 days in the office. 5+ years’ ERP/construction tech experience is preferred, with familiarity across COINS, Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex IT and business transformation projects.
• Experience delivering ERP or construction technology projects.
• Familiarity with COINS ERP, COINS EVO, Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, Viewpoint, Causeway.
• Experience with application, SaaS, infrastructure and integration projects.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects including COINS ERP enhancements and transformations.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Act as liaison between IT, operations, commercial and external vendors.
• Drive adoption of construction and business systems across units.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across Finance, Commercial, Procurement, HR and Operations.
