Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of key workstreams within a COINS ERP transformation programme in Edinburgh. You will own planning, governance, data migration, system integrations, reporting and archiving activities, delivering successful COINS ERP implementation and providing executive updates to stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong RAID management, and experience coordinating vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time

Qualifications

Proven ERP implementation experience, preferably COINS ERP.
Strong planning, governance and RAID management skills.
Experience coordinating data migration and system integrations.
Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes and executive updates.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data & Integration workstream with plans, dependencies, risks and milestones.
Coordinate COINS ERP data migration, integrations, reporting and archiving activities.
Manage internal teams, implementation partners and suppliers to deliver programme objectives.
Oversee testing, cutover, go-live readiness and transition to support.
Provide clear governance and executive reporting to stakeholders.
